At 3D Custom Studio, we want to clarify that any shipments made after May 1st will not be affected by any new tariffs. If you are charged any unexpected fees, simply provide us with a valid receipt, and we’ll gladly refund the extra cost.

For shipments sent before May 1st, there has been a slight delay as we are currently working to resolve tariff-related issues. Rest assured, you will not be responsible for any additional charges—we are handling everything on our end.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we sort this out. As always, if your package is not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.
